GAdsfy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Sanctions Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

1Our Commitment to Financial Integrity

GAdsfy is fully committed to the highest standards of international financial compliance. As a global Merchant of Record (MoR) facilitating digital commerce, we maintain a comprehensive, risk-based Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) program. We actively work to prevent our payment infrastructure from being exploited for illicit financial activities, fraud, or the laundering of funds.

2Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB)

Strict Identity Verification

To ensure a pristine financial ecosystem, GAdsfy requires strict identity verification before disbursing any funds.

Identity Verification

All Vendors must provide accurate, verifiable personal and business information during account registration.

Payout Alignment

We mandate that the identity on the GAdsfy Vendor account strictly matches the identity on the receiving payout method (e.g., registered bank accounts or verified payout wallets). We do not permit third-party payouts or anonymous withdrawals.

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

GAdsfy reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and business incorporation documents at any time, particularly when a Vendor crosses specific revenue thresholds or exhibits unusual transaction patterns.

3Transaction Monitoring and Anomaly Detection

Our infrastructure employs both automated algorithms and manual reviews to monitor all transactions in real-time. We actively flag and investigate:

Sudden, unexplained spikes in sales volume.

Unusually high transaction values that do not align with the stated digital product.

Excessive chargeback ratios or rapid, high-volume refund requests.

Transactions originating from high-risk IP addresses or routing through anonymizing proxies (e.g., Tor, VPNs) combined with suspicious billing details.

4Sanctions and Prohibited Jurisdictions

GAdsfy strictly complies with international sanctions programs, including those administered by the UN, the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the European Union.

  • We do not process payments, nor do we allow Vendor accounts to be operated by individuals or entities residing in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.
  • We utilize global watchlists to ensure no business is conducted with Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs) or known financial offenders.

5Reporting of Suspicious Activities

As part of our regulatory obligations alongside our gateway partners, GAdsfy is obligated to report suspicious financial activities to the relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies.

We will do so without prior notification to the Vendor under investigation (“no tipping off” rule).

6Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

Freezing of Assets

GAdsfy operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against money laundering and financial fraud. If a Vendor is reasonably suspected of using the platform to launder money, process stolen credit cards (carding), or finance illicit activities, GAdsfy will execute immediate and maximal punitive measures.

The Vendor’s account will be permanently terminated.

All pending and available financial balances will be immediately and indefinitely frozen.

Funds determined to be fraudulent will be refunded to the legitimate cardholders or surrendered to the appropriate legal authorities.

The Vendor’s details will be placed on global industry blacklists.
