To operate effectively as a Merchant of Record (MoR) and provide our services, we collect specific data points:

From Vendors

From End-Customers

●Payment gateway tokens (processed securely via our payment partners)

GAdsfy does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers.

3How We Use the Data

GAdsfy strictly utilizes collected data for operational necessities:

●To process transactions, deliver digital products, and manage refunds or chargebacks.
●To disburse payouts to Vendors and calculate platform fees.
●To monitor fraud, prevent money laundering (AML), and comply with international tax and legal obligations.
●To improve platform performance and analytics (such as the dashboard metrics).

4Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Data is only shared with trusted third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run the platform (e.g., payment processors, email delivery services, and secure database hosting).

5Zero-Tolerance Policy

Strict Compliance & Severe Measures

GAdsfy enforces absolute strictness regarding data misuse. Vendors are granted access to End-Customer data (such as buyer emails) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the specific digital product purchased and providing related customer support.

Prohibited Actions

Vendors are strictly forbidden from scraping data, selling customer lists, sending unsolicited spam, or compromising the privacy of buyers in any way.

Maximal Punitive Measures

Non-compliance with this data policy will result in immediate and severe consequences. If a Vendor is found polluting our ecosystem by mishandling data, GAdsfy will execute maximum operational and legal measures, including but not limited to:

Instant and permanent IP and account ban.

Complete freezing and forfeiture of all available and pending financial balances.

Reporting to relevant international data protection authorities and payment networks for blacklisting.

6Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption, secure server architectures, and continuous monitoring to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; therefore, we continuously upgrade our security protocols to mitigate emerging threats.
