Welcome to GAdsfy. GAdsfy operates as a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) and payment infrastructure platform designed to empower digital creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Africa and the world.

These Terms apply to all users of our platform, including Vendors (creators who sell digital products) and Buyers (end-customers who purchase through our checkout). By using GAdsfy in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2Merchant of Record (MoR) Model

For all transactions processed through our supported gateways, GAdsfy acts as the Merchant of Record. This means GAdsfy is the authorized reseller of digital products to the end consumer. Consequently, GAdsfy handles the payment processing, and our corporate name will appear on the end customer’s financial statements.

3Account Usage and Content Restrictions

• ●Vendors must ensure that all products sold comply with international trade laws and the local laws of the jurisdictions in which they operate and sell.
• ●You may not use GAdsfy to sell illegal goods, physical products requiring unlicensed shipping, or products promoting hate speech, violence, or fraudulent schemes.
• ●GAdsfy reserves the right to review, audit, and suspend any product or account that generates excessive chargebacks or violates our risk thresholds.

4Prohibited Products & Services

GAdsfy is built for legitimate digital commerce. To protect our buyers, our Vendors, and the banking and gateway partners that power our infrastructure, certain categories of products and services may not be sold, promoted, or facilitated through your account. Your account or offerings must not involve or promote any of the following:

5Identity Verification (KYC & KYB)

To keep our financial ecosystem secure and compliant, GAdsfy operates a risk-based Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) program. Identity verification is required before we disburse any funds, and may be requested again at any time.

8Vendor Responsibilities to End Customers

While GAdsfy processes the payment, the Vendor retains full operational responsibility for the product.

• ●You must deliver the exact digital product advertised on your sales pages (VSLs, checkouts).
• ●You are responsible for providing direct customer support regarding product access, content inquiries, and technical issues related to your material.
• ●Misleading advertising or deceptive sales tactics are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension.

9Limitation of Liability

GAdsfy provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as our infrastructure relies on third-party banking networks, gateways, and cloud providers. GAdsfy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from platform downtime or technical failures.

10Modifications to Terms

GAdsfy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Active Vendors will be notified of material changes via the platform dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11For Buyers: What is GAdsfy?

If you purchased a digital product and arrived here, GAdsfy is the secure payment platform that processed your transaction on behalf of the product creator (Vendor). We are not the creator of the product you bought — we are the trusted payment infrastructure behind it.

12Buyer Rights & Support

As a buyer on the GAdsfy network, you are entitled to the following protections:

• ●Product Delivery — You must receive the exact digital product as described on the sales page. If you do not receive it, you may request assistance.
• ●Refund Eligibility — Refunds for digital products are handled under strict conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Because digital goods can be consumed instantly, all sales are generally final.
• ●Data Privacy — Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unrelated third parties.
